Introduction
============

This manual describes the installation and use of the gempa software manager
(`gsm`). `gsm` is a package manager which supports to install SeisComP as well
as gempa modules from a configured remote repository. Database migration 
is not supported yet. However `gsm` informs the user about required migrations.
